Step 2: Create an Account
New to the portal? Set up your account in just a few clicks:
- Click Create an Account
- Enter your company information
- Click Create Account to complete registration
Already registered? Skip to Step 3 to log in.
Step 3: Log In to Get Started
Secure access made simple with a one-time code:
- Enter your email and click Email Key
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit code
- Enter the code and click Log In
Email keys expire after 30 minutes — request a new one if needed.
Commonly Asked Questions
Why didn’t I receive an access key?
It may take a few minutes to arrive in your inbox. Make sure that you entered the same email you used to create your account. Also, look in your spam or junk folder.
Emails come from noreply@madeincalifornia.ca.gov — be sure to add this to your safe sender list.
How do I edit my account profile?
Edit your profile by clicking on your user name in the top-right corner of the application and selecting “edit my profile.”
NOTE: if you change your email address, use the new address to log in for your next session.

2. Some email servers may delay delivery. If you don’t receive your access key within 30 minutes, try the following:
- Ask your IT team to allow emails from noreply@madeincalifornia.ca.gov
- Use an alternate email provider like Gmail, Yahoo, etc.
